KRP 004: The Right Pace
In episode 4 we talk about finding the right pace. Everyone’s a little different and each person has different needs, but if you’re running too SLOW, you won’t improve, while running too FAST can cause injury, fatigue and loss of running appetite. Let’s figure out HOW to find the right pace for you.
