Research has shown that happiness is a determining factor for the success of a person within their job. Many times we can get down and depressed because of setbacks and failures, but that doesn’t HAVE to be the case. We can train ourselves and our brains to be happy by exercising, meditating, doing a conscious act of kindness, journaling about a positive experience and writing 3 things we’re grateful for every day.
